AREA SALES MANAGER, QUEBEC

We are seeking an organized, energetic and results-driven Area Sales Manager, Quebec to join our sales team.  The qualified person will be responsible for all agricultural sales activities, from lead generation through after-the-sale / account support in an assigned territory to achieve revenue targets, customer satisfaction and long-term account goals of expanding the customer base in the Quebec territory.

Concentric is an early-stage, revenue generating company in the plant health biologicals segment with aggressive growth goals for Canada, the U.S. and beyond. As part of this growing team, your past experiences with more established agriculture companies will contribute to the maturing of our business. It is important that you bring a strong commitment to building a business in the territory and being accountable for the results.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy, Life Sciences, Horticulture, Agriculture or related field and a minimum of 5 years in a related field with business-to-business sales experience. Responsible for negotiating and managing distribution agreements and conflict resolution. Familiarity with high value fruit, vegetable and berry crops is required along with a good knowledge of local territory growers. Agronomy experience specific to supporting growers transitioning from conventional to organic farming with an emphasis on bio-rational products and farming methods is an added plus. Must bring strong industry relationships at the grower and retail level, as well as at other crop input companies. This position requires up to 50% travel.

Product Manager - Centennial, Colorado

We are seeking a driven, passionate and inquisitive problem solver to join our team. The product manager leads the organization’s efforts to bring new products to market that bring valuable solutions to customers, while driving our revenue growth, market position and profitability. This person will manage the product lifecycle from inception through commercial introduction to in-market evolution, responsible for: Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, developing the new product vision, managing the new product road map in conjunction with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing, and ultimately ensuring that new products support the overall strategic goals of the organization. The successful candidate will be one who thrives in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate must have 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within the agriculture or biotech sector. Experience with product marketing and demonstrated involvement with successful product launches are required. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field. Must be able to travel 25% of the time, depending on the season, to Canada and across the U.S.

We are currently seeking a Regional Account Manager for South Saskatchewan. This exciting opportunity will be a challenge for a dedicated professional who excels at building customer relationships and is a motivated self-starter. The successful candidate will participate in the creation of a dynamic development, sales and marketing team to better serve the South Saskatchewan agriculture industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate must have a degree in Agriculture, Business or related field with 3-5 years minimum related experience in sales and/or the agronomy sector of agriculture. Knowledge and understanding of crop production and agronomy with nutrition experience will be considered as additional assets.This position requires a self-motivated, results driven, collaborative communicator. The candidate must have experience in agreement negotiation, as he/she will be responsible for managing sales of value added seed, soil and in-crop plant nutrients to the ag-retail network throughout the region. Willingness to travel is a must.
