CONCENTRIC POSITIONS

Scientist, Process Development - Centennial, Colo.

We are seeking an experienced Scientist, Process Development to join our growing team. This position will support fermentation optimization, characterization and testing of the Company’s microbial technologies and products. This hands-on candidate will have experience in optimizing and quantifying microbial fermentation processes and in industrial biotechnology. The position will participate in the execution of deliverables, design and conduct experiments to improve fermentation processes, analyze samples with various biochemical and bioanalytical methodologies, author, review and/or support key documents such as technical protocols, process development reports and SOPs, track quality parameters and ensure timely review and interpretation of all data supporting technical studies. The successful candidate will be one who thrives in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate must have experience in fermentation and recovery of microorganisms with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Substantial experience in the area of microbial fermentation, process development and recovery. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and diverse projects. The position requires a PhD in microbial physiology, chemical engineering or a related field. Must be able to travel to Canada and across the U.S.

Senior Project Manager - Centennial, Colo.

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. The qualified person will be responsible for planning, organizing, executing, controlling and closing business projects in accordance with approved timelines and budgets. The Project Manager creates project schedules, identifies and manages risk, performs change management, regularly communicates projects status. A person in this position establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and team members in order to effectively manage projects. This position will identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks, manage project scope and resolve problems, establish and maintain effective working business relationships, clearly communicate expectations, milestones, risks and provide regular status reports and key project metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects of all sizes while working under time constraints and rapidly changing priorities. Must be able to delegate tasks effectively, highly energetic, self-directed and self-motivated. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills are required. The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in business or related field and three or more years of experience managing strategic projects. Current PMP certification is preferred. Experience in agriculture, microbiology or biotech is a plus.

Regional Account Manager, South Saskatchewan

We are currently seeking a Regional Account Manager for South Saskatchewan. This exciting opportunity will be a challenge for a dedicated professional who excels at building customer relationships and is a motivated self-starter. The successful candidate will participate in the creation of a dynamic development, sales and marketing team to better serve the South Saskatchewan agriculture industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate must have a degree in Agriculture, Business or related field with 3-5 years minimum related experience in sales and/or the agronomy sector of agriculture. Knowledge and understanding of crop production and agronomy with nutrition experience will be considered as additional assets.This position requires a self-motivated, results driven, collaborative communicator. The candidate must have experience in agreement negotiation, as he/she will be responsible for managing sales of value added seed, soil and in-crop plant nutrients to the ag-retail network throughout the region. Willingness to travel is a must.
